About Bec
Bec Phelan is a multidisciplinary artist and licensed art educator based in Chicago, IL. After graduating with a degree in fine arts and art education from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Bec relocated to Chicago to begin teaching art to students from kindergarten to eighth grade.
From pet portraits to large scale abstract paintings, Bec finds the fun in every painting and loves to share that enjoyment with students and friends alike.
